Media Recording and Public Use Acknowledgement South Dade Toastmasters Club

As part of participation in South Dade Toastmasters Club meetings, events, educational sessions, and related activities, members may be photographed, audio recorded, and video recorded.

By joining and participating in the Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Meetings and events may be recorded in whole or in part.

• Photographs, video recordings, screenshots, and audio recordings may be used by the Club for educational, promotional, archival, and community purposes.

• Such materials may be posted publicly, including on websites, social media platforms, video-sharing platforms, marketing materials, and other publicly accessible media.

• Your image, voice, name, likeness, and participation may appear in these materials without compensation.

• Once content is publicly posted or shared online, the Club cannot guarantee control over further sharing or distribution by third parties.
   

Participation in Club activities constitutes your consent to these recordings and uses.
If you have specific concerns regarding media usage, please contact Club leadership prior to participating in a meeting or event.
